  • Athletics - Friendly reminder that we are processing ALL athletic physical forms through Final Forms again this year for 6th through 12th grade sports. You may update your information and upload new athletic physicals for the 2025-26 school year at any time! If you don't have a Final Forms account, please visit the NMS Athletics website for instructions.

Please remember that we only need the "doctor's signature" page uploaded to Final Forms (this is true for high school athletes as well). Feel free to scan all of the pages in one document. But, if you are taking pics of paperwork, just take one picture of "doctor's signature" page ensuring that the WHOLE page is visible (name at top, "cleared for all sports" checked, date and doctor's signature at bottom of page). Thanks again!

  • Football, Soccer, and Volleyball will start August 4. Please check the NMS athletic website mid-July for more information.

  • 6th graders may participate in cross country (fall), wrestling (winter), swimming (winter), and golf (spring)

  • School Insurance: MCS does not pay the expenses of injury accidents that occur on school grounds or in its facilities. School insurance is a voluntary plan. Unless your child is covered by your own accident insurance, you may consider taking the school insurance. If you decide to purchase the policy, payment is to the insurance company directly. More information can be found on the MCS website.

  • Bus info: can be found on the MCS website. Students may only ride the bus to which they are assigned. For your student’s pick up and drop off times you may download the MyRide K-12 app by Tyler Technologies, Inc

  • Appearance and dress code info: can be found on the NMS website under the handbook.
