NOTICE of determination
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Middlebury Community Schools has preliminarily determined to issue bonds in the aggregate amount of $2,595,000 to fund the preliminary costs associated with the proposed renovation of and improvements to Northridge High School, including the construction of a student activity center, and maintenance improvements throughout the School Corporation, including roofing improvements and site improvements.
