NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MIDDLEBURY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AND MIDDLEBURY SCHOOLS BUILDING CORPORATION
Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of Middlebury Community Schools (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Middlebury Schools Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") was executed and entered into on December 20, 2022. The Lease covers the site of the proposed construction of a Student Activities Center at the Northridge High School campus in Middlebury, Indiana. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 56853 Northridge Drive, Middlebury, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
