Parent meeting TONIGHT at 6 p.m. in the NMS Auditorium for ALL fall sports - Cross Country, Football, B&G Soccer and Volleyball. You may enter Door 5 or Door 26 (Door 1 closed). Meetings will be done by 6:45 to allow parents to attend High School meeting as well.


We are gearing up for another fun and successful fall sports season! A few reminders if your child would like to participate this fall:
-There is a transportation fee of $35. There is an additional $80 fee for football (which includes a 7pad girdle, practice jersey, mouthpiece and helmet reconditioning fee).
-If you are experiencing financial difficulties for transportation fees, please contact Mr. Smith at smithja@mcsin-k12.org. Students will not be denied participation due to financial hardships.
-All fees can be paid to the coach with check, cash or preferred payment of online via EventLink.
-All physical forms and other documents should be on file by registering through Final Forms.
-There is meeting for fall sports participant parents on Thursday, 8/7 at 6pm at NMS (location either in the Auditorium or Main Gym).

NMS Football is having OPTIONAL workouts on July 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at NMS Football field. No pads! Just cleats/gym shoes (in case inside) and water bottle is needed.

The track teams took on Discovery on Tuesday night in their first meet of the year. We had some great performances by many athletes and Northridge 8th grade girls came out on top!

We are need of PARENT & STUDENT volunteers for our home track meets. Parents of track athletes should sign up at https://shorturl.at/B4RD0. STUDENTS can sign up with Mr. Miller during lunch. First home meet is tomorrow, 4/22 vs. Discovery! Go Raiders!

Track practice has been canceled for today as well. An announcement will be made shortly so students are aware and can call home as needed. They will still practice tomorrow.

From Coach Hamilton : Tennis Practice for Wednesday, April 2, is canceled. If you have the "Rules and Expectations" form to turn in, please bring that to the first practice that we have after break.
