One of our favorite traditions every year is the walking of the halls by the senior class. Our senior students go back to their K-3 elementary school on their last day and walk the halls while being cheered on by current students. This is such a great moment on many levels!
Dr. Snyder enjoyed visiting with some of our fabulous bus drivers yesterday morning. What a great way to start the day!
Northridge Middle School 7th grade students enjoyed a field trip to enjoy a South Bend Cubs game at Four Winds Field yesterday. It was a great day to take in a game!

You know it is close to the end of the year when students turn in their Chromebooks. Chromebook collection is happening today and tomorrow in all buildings. We love seeing these smiling faces!
The 2024 senior class was honored last night during the annual senior recognition ceremony. NHS has a great group of seniors ready to head out into the world! We are especially thankful to all of the different organizations who have honored our students with scholarships!

The Northridge Lady Raiders won the tennis Sectional Championship on Thursday! Go Raiders!
Retirements were announced during the school board meeting this past Tuesday. We want to highlight two of our building secretaries who are retiring at the end of the current school year. These ladies are invaluable and together hold over 48.5 years of experience! We wish you the best in retirement Vicki Lundquist (Middlebury Elementary) and Juanita Friesen (Jefferson Elementary)!!
Jefferson Elementary School 1st grade students recently visited several businesses in downtown Middlebury to learn more about our local economy. Thank you to Varns and Hoover, First State Bank, Market on the Mill/Joyfully Said Signs, and Middlebury Fire and EMS!
The Middlebury Community Schools board of trustees honored this year's retirements at last night's board meeting. These wonderful employees have over 150 years of experience in education between them! We can't thank them enough for their dedication to our children and will miss them next year. Best wishes in your retirement!

Jefferson Elementary celebrated beach day on Friday. What a great way to have fun in the cafeteria!! Students and staff both had a wonderful time and enjoyed some yummy food!
