We are ready for another great day at MCS!

We want to wish our very own Raider a happy birthday. Raider works hard to help our police department and he brings lots of smiles to students everywhere. Happy birthday Raider!

MCS was just announced as one of only nine winners of an Indiana Office of Career & Technical Education Readiness Grant for advanced manufacturing and information technology.
At Northridge specifically, this grant will provide $70,000 to purchase a FANUC welding robot learning center and a CNC Milling Machine.
We’re excited to see how these machines will be used in our already outstanding NHS manufacturing, engineering, and computer-aided design classes!

The Northridge High School Northern Lights and Starlights show choirs performed this week for our elementary schools. The performances by these state championship choirs gave our younger students the opportunity to experience a show choir performance and helped them dream big about working hard and succeeding! Come out this Thursday, March 23rd to the NHS Auditorium at 7:00 to hear these choirs, along with the NMS Knight Lights. The performance is free to the community(donations accepted). With more than 5,000 devices in the hands of students and staff, our technology department stays quite busy. We have a very dedicated tech staff who work hard every day to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Learning can happen in many different ways. Sometimes it works best in small groups where more individual attention can be given to students. We are thankful for the adults who work with students every day in these small group settings!
