Welcome back, staff! We are absolutely thrilled to officially kick off the new school year today!
This morning, our incredible team gathered in the NHS auditorium to start the year with a powerful and inspiring message from Rick Weinheimer.
Rick challenged us to reflect on what we bring to our students and our schools, highlighting a few key takeaways:

  • Perseverance, Work Ethic, and Consistency: The daily foundation of our success.
  • Building a Legacy: Your legacy isn't something you can suddenly create at the end of your career. It is built by the choices you make and the actions you take every single day.
  • "Where do you do your magic?" This was a beautiful reminder that no matter your role or title, everyone in the room is an educator to our kids and has the power to make an impact.
